 I have returned from a trip of a lifetime
I didn't know which photo to pick for this issue, because there are so many to choose from, each one is a memory, and boy, have I filled up my memory bank after this exquisite trip. Hopefuly one day, I shall return there again...
In this picture, I'm at Polignano a Mare, where the famous cave restaurant Grotta Palazzese is right along the Adriatic Sea. Domenico Medugno was born in this town, known for winning the San Remo Music Festival in 1958 with the song "Volare - Nel blu dipinto de blu." Everyone was singing this song, absolutely everywhere.
LunaBears Picnic
We had our fabulous LunaBears Annual Picnic last Saturday, it was lovely to catch up, we remembered special people that are no longer with us and of course we discussed moon bear rescues too. In 2 years time, it will be 20 years that we have been supporting Free the Bears. I expect a huge reunion in 2027. For the amount raised in 2025, scroll down below for the answer...
Tarot Guild of Australia Presentation
I have been asked to do a Tarot presentation for the Tarot Guild of Australia for November's meeting. They have a new base and new dates for their monthly meetings. They will be now held at the Kensington Town Hall and I will be there on Saturday 22 November to present "The Mythology of the Hero's Journey and the 22 Major Arcana." Welcome to Scorpio Season
 The Scorpio season runs from 24 October through to 22 November. It is a Water element, a Fixed sign and is ruled by the modern ruler Pluto. Although the classic ruler Mars still connects with Scorpio.
Scorpio is all about depth, power, and transformation. This is the season of emotional rebirth, truth-seeking, and shedding old layers to uncover authenticity. The energy invites you to go beneath the surface—nothing superficial lasts under Scorpio’s gaze.
The planet Pluto gives Scorpio its signature intensity and transformative power. Planet Pluto deals with intensity and it wants the truth to resurface, it's passionate, deals with power issues, shadow work and regeneration. Nothing simple going on here.
Scorpio’s shadow side is one of the most fascinating and misunderstood parts of the zodiac. Because Scorpio energy runs so deep, its shadow emerges when fear, control, or unhealed emotions take over.
NOVEMBER FORECAST
Full Moon in Taurus
 We start the month with a Full Moon in Taurus on 5 November. The Moon always works well with Taurus, and being a Full Moon will only emphasise all those particular characteristics that are Taurus based. This Full Moon will provide us with extraordinary practicality, stability, inner security, grounding, planning, perseverance, and endurance.
When we have fixed signs, it's always important to note what they are highlighting for us. The fixed signs are Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. We must be conscious of the shadow side and learn to let go of control so that we can flow with the energy rather than force it.
There is a super dynamic action happening in the background between Mars and Mercury in Sagittarius conjunct Uranus in Gemini. There are numerous Air and Fire components at play here. That's a lot of energy circulating through our minds, our thinking, our communication and our speech, there's a lot of adventure there to discover and explore. All this Air and Fire is a tremendous surge of energy that seeks to move things forward.
Uranus Retrogrades into Taurus
 From 7 November through to 27 April 2026, the planet Uranus will travel back into Taurus to complete what it started in 2018.
The planet Uranus, which is full of energy, opportunities for awakening and transformation, will return back into Taurus, which is a fixed, grounded, and earthy sign.
This Uranus change aims to assist us to comprehend the lessons we have been in need of. Taurus is a stable solid earthy sign. The zodiac sign that is least receptive to change is Taurus. When the Taurus world undergoes change, it says, "No!"
Taurus wants to bring about gently change, in that way it will last. Uranus is all about changing things right now. Uranus is like fresh air entering a stale space, it induces circulation and seeks to dissipate stagnation.
Uranus is attempting to teach us about inner security for its entire transiting of Taurus, from 2018 to April 2026. Inner security is based on understanding that you are capable, that you are supported, and that you are connected at all times. It is not security based on feeling in control or attached to a result. This energy gives one a sense of independence, freedom and security in every situation. This is the experience of living in the now.
Scorpio, Management of Passion and Power
 Mars in Scorpio, from 22 September to 4 November.
Venus in Scorpio, from 6 November to 30 November.
Mercury in Scorpio, from 7 October to 29 October, and
Mercury in Scorpio, from 10 November to 11 December.
Scorpios demand equal power. Both partners need to have equal power in the relationship. Scorpio longs to have a strategy in order to feel secure. Throughout November, we will have numerous chances to control our emotions, strength, passion and power.
When Mars was in Scorpio we felt that unstoppable Mars force energy. When Mars and Scorpio come together, they are indomitable. Remember Mars is the classic ruler of Scorpio. Everything revolves around action, power, passion and intensity.
When Venus is in Scorpio, it involves an intensity around our relationships, connections, and social energies. Use it to appreciate your friends and family and be mindful of Scorpio's shadow side, which can be intensely resentful, jealous, or motivated by retaliation or revenge. Make use of Venus's higher levels of Scorpio, which are related to having a deep concern and emotional depth for other people.
Mercury in Scorpio will also reactivate all that Scorpion energy. Mercury passed through Scorpio early 7 October until 30 October. However, because Mercury will go retrograde, all of this Scorpion energy will be reactivated once again from 10 November through to 11 December.
Mercury Retrograde
 Mercury will go retrograde on 9 November at 6 degrees of Sagittarius and will turn direct on 30 November at 20 degrees of Scorpio. Mercury will back up into Scorpio during its retrograde phase and will be working with Uranus retrograding back into Taurus.
When Uranus is in Taurus, it will activate the final three degrees of that sign being 27 degrees, 28 degrees, and 29 degrees of Taurus from November to April 2026. Why will Mercury in Scorpio be working with Uranus in Taurus its because they are traveling through the most powerful aneretic degrees as if punctuating a statement and because Taurus and Scorpio are the polarity of each other.
This Mercury retrograde will activate with what Uranus in Taurus is attempting to teach us. This amazing and potent chance to align our thinking, find those answers, insights, and have clarity. To connect inwardly to your inner security, aligning your thoughts with the knowledge that you are safe and supported, that you are in harmony with the universe to find the answers you seek. Allow this Mercury retrograde and Uranus in Taurus to assist you in doing so.
New Moon in Scorpio
 This New Moon and the Sun, along with Mercury will all be conjunct at 28 degrees of Scorpio, opposite Uranus at 29 degrees of Taurus. Once again, we have that aneretic degrees making a statement and Scorpio and Taurus are the polarity of each other.
Because these are the final few degrees of Scorpio, they are the most dramatic and intense, take advantage of this very unique New Moon in Scorpio. Like the phoenix that burns itself in a pyre and then rises from the ashes, there is a focus on letting go of what isn't working, end something and start something new, like being reborn from the ashes.
While Uranus is in opposition to the Sun, Moon, and Mercury, its like really punctuating a statement for us to let go of ideas that are no longer serving us. It's telling you to change the way you think, align yourself and focus your attention on the things you want to manifest and produce. To accept responsibility, even accountability for the words and thoughts you express.
Be mindful of your behaviours that you have formed and do your best to let go of your fears. This energy will assist you in clearing, releasing and letting go, so you can gain greater clarity and be rebirthed like the phoenix that rises from the ashes.
What a wonderful powerful month and year ahead

Every month, I turn over 2 cards, one from the top of the deck to represent the Conscious energy and the other from the bottom of the deck to represent the Unconscious energy. I am always thinking of the big picture and exploring for the collective.
These two Tarot cards are also loaded on my Tarot Mastery private Facebook group for students of Tarot in Action to explore the meanings and share their insights with others.
I asked the Tarot cards what is the energy for the month of November 2025.
What do we need to be mindful of, so we can make the most out of it for ourselves and for others.
The 3 Pentacles is in the Conscious position, and The Moon in the Unconscious position.
  Summary...
This month we have a minor and a major card. The connection I see with both is the black background in the 3 Pentacles refers to the unseen or unmanifested and The Moon energy indicates that the path is not clear.
The 3 of Pentacles in the conscious position suggests there is still work to be done in November. I feel we are working on those things we all want to complete by Xmas, may be its working on the Xmas parties, holidays, moving house, whatever that is for you.
Meanwhile, in the unconscious The Moon may be bringing in confusion or being overwhelmed, that feeling that its all too much, you don't know which direction you need to go in first. But get excited because this feeling is a feeling of success. If everything was on track and you feel on top of things, you are not growing.
3 Pentacles
It takes a team to work on projects. In this card you can see 3 people, it is also a number 3 card. Number 3 is the number of growth, expansion, and potential.
Know that you are never alone, whatever you are working on, call upon your friends, family and work mates to lend a helping hand, many hands make lighter work, they say.
Celebrate every opportunity, every time you complete one project, honour what you did to accomplish it before you start the next project. Ground that feeling of success. For example; if you completed a home renovation, then celebrate it with a house warming party.
The Moon
The Moon is a major arcana and here we have 3 creatures facing the moon. A dog which represents the tamable part of ourselves, a wolf which is the untamable wild side and a rock lobster that represents that deeper unconscious part of ourselves.
The rock lobster is coming up for air. He is making us aware that there are always deeper emotions that are whirling around deep inside of us, and they are always wanting to come up for air so they can be cleared away.
That is why healings are so important. I believe every time we have a healing, we peel away another layer as if shaving away these deep emotions a little at a time, then it makes them easier to deal with. So book in for a healing, today!

LUNABEARS LADS & LADYS - ANNUAL PICNIC
 We have been gathering for the LunaBears Picnic since 2007. In 2 years time it will be our 20 year reunion.
We raised $770 in October 2025
Thank you to Mastersons Bar. Heartfelt thank you to all that attended and to everyone that contributed. 17 people contributed this year, that means a lot to our furry friends!
The funds go directly to the Bear Sanctuary in Luang Prabang, Laos, through Free The Bears, with the resolve to end Bear bile farming forever!
