On the 8 March this year will be the 4th anniversary of launching my Tarot Distinctions book, wowzers!I launched the book on International Day of the Women. It was a great honour for me to produce a product that means so much to me, that also awakens people to their truth and empowerment.
Thank you to everyone that has bought a copy. It is also selling regularly online, and through my shop in Moonee Ponds.

1. Astrological Report for March
The month begins with the New Moon in Pisces on 3 March. This is a very powerful spiritual statement.This New Moon in Pisces also triggers Jupiter and Neptune also in Pisces. Neptune rules Pisces and Jupiter just expands the energy in a highly spiritual revolutionary way.
This combination of planets are very intense together and asking us to hold a very high level of consciousness. Step up and tap into the unlimited energy of the Divine. Know that you are a powerhouse, bring through the answers you seek, realise them, assimilate them, it is important that stand in your spiritual authourity.
By the 6 March we have big conjunctions with Venus and Mars, also engaging Pluto. These planets are also making another huge statement together early in the March month.Venus and Mars will leave Capricorn and move into Aquarius which will tap into and activate that same energy of when Saturn and Jupiter moved into 0 degrees of Aquarius in Dec 2020.
Venus moved into Capricorn in November last year and because it went Retrograde, its spending a very long time in Capricorn. Capricorn is an Earth element, its very practical, grounded and results oriented energy.
On a global level, I attribute Venus in Capricorn to COVID and the pandemic, to the treatments that have come through, the restrictions that have relaxed, borders starting to open up, we are really seeing the progress we have made relating to this virus issue.
Also, we are seeing the intensity between Russia and Ukraine. After all, Mars is known as the God of War.
Pluto also attributes to this intensity because its at the end of its cycle in Capricorn. I remember when Pluto first entered Capricorn in 2008, a time of unearthing anything that was not standing in truth and integrity. Banks, European Union, Greece and Brexit money issues, big government policies and leadership changes, to name a few, were all up-turned on their heads. Now as Pluto begins to leave Capricorn by 2023, it is doing a huge final clean up, a time of resorting to make sure we see the truth and use the power correctly.
On a personal level, we need to take responsibility for ourselves. We need to stand in our power and take ownership of our Body Mind and Spirit. Engage in what you believe in and direct it in the way you want with credibility and confidence, to embrace your power, your authourity and manifest your truth with love.
On the 18 March we have the Full Moon in Virgo. Virgo is all about cleansing, cleaning things up and the giving of service.Virgo is an earthy element, it likes to do hands-on practical things like sorting through that spare room that is full to the brim of stuff that you have been hiding in there. Cleansing the body, like starting to eat healthier, organise your finances and sorting your filing cabinets by bringing in a new colour coordinated system to fresher your paperwork and make it more fun!
Fabulous time to Feng Shui your home and your office so you can discard and declutter the old stuffy energies, lighten the load and bring in the fresh new life force.
Virgo is ruled by Mercury and Mercury is an Air element, this also brings in cleansing your thoughts of those old stuck ideas freeing you up to tap into the higher levels of consciousness. Step out of that egoic frequency and step into being of service and being humble.
Lastly, on 20 March the Sun moves into Aries, the Aries Ingress, and we have the Equinox, the beginning of a new season.Aries rules the first house of the zodiac, which is also ruled by Mars, the courageous God of war. The Sun is highlighting all this masculine active energy.
Watch the global events as they unfold, you will see the intensity, the courageous actions, it may bring up anger as well.
You have the choice to control your power, your thoughts and feelings. Vibrate to the higher consciousness and radiate that out into the world.

14 - 20 National Ground Water Awareness Week, by letting others know the importance of groundwater and asking them to pass it along. GWAW provides an opportunity for people to learn about the importance of groundwater and how the resource impacts lives.

14 Pi Day and Pi Approximation Day, are two unofficial holidays held to celebrate the mathematical constant π (pi).
17 St Patrick's Day.
17 National Close The Gap Day, thousands of Australians will take action to improve Indigenous health. Campaign has welcomed the COAG agreement to work in genuine partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the Refreshed Closing the Gap Strategy.
18 Full Moon in Virgo. An industrious mood.

20 UN International Day of Happiness. International Day of Happiness aims to promote the idea that the pursuit of happiness is universal.
21 Equinox, equal Day and Night and the Sun moves into Aries.
21 Mabon Wicca/Pagan. A time for us to reflect on the successes of the year and a time to spend outdoors, absorbing the regenerative powers of the sun.
21 International Day of Forests, is celebrated to commemorate the contribution and value of forests and forestry.
21 Harmony Day, Harmony Day is a celebration of our cultural diversity.
21 - 27 Sustainable Seafood Week. For fish forever.
22 World Water Day, celebrated since 1992, with public awareness activities, including documentaries and seminars.

Millions of people in over 180 countries take part in Earth Hour by switching off their lights as a symbolic gesture to show that our planet needs stronger action on climate change.

2. Tarot Cards Answer the Question of the Month...
Every month I turn over 2 cards, one from the top of the deck to represent the Conscious energy and the other from the bottom of the deck to represent the Unconscious energy. I am always thinking of the big picture and exploring for the collective.
I asked the Tarots what is the flavour for March 2022? What do we need to be aware of for this month?
I turned over 5 of Pentacles in the Conscious position and The Hermit in the Unconscious position.
Similar to last month, the 5 of Pentacles has popped up again along with The Hermit.
For me, this immediately brings to mind what is happening in Ukraine.
People are feeling like the couple in 5 of Pentacles, forced to leave their homes, their livelihood. Some have to leave their beloved partners behind to stand and fight.
So much pain, hurt, disillusionment, this brings feelings of low self-esteem and low confidence.
I do like The Hermit here, he stands there as if looking after them. This gives me hope that a higher energy is looking upon them from above. The couple in 5 of Pentacles seem to be walking towards the light that The Hermit is holding up, he is showing them the way.
It amazes me how differently I see the 5 of Pentacles this month compared to last month.
In Summary, in relation to the question...
I feel many of us are feeling quite hopeless with what is happening in Ukraine. Yet we have to look towards peace, not war. We know what war brings and we know we don't want to go there again.
The 5 of Pentacles shows us there is always a window of hope, a way through the complicated issues.
Abraham Lincoln (The Hermit) said, "United we stand, divided we fall" He also said we have to fight for Peace, for our democracy. This is the true fight we are fighting for at the moment.
I for one stand in Solidarity with Ukraine, and World Peace.

LUNABEARS LADS & LADYS - ANNUAL PICNIC
In 2021, we didn't get to gather for the Annual LunaBears Picnic in the park, but it didn't stop us from raising the funds.
The funds raised goes directly to the Bear Sanctuary in Luang Prabang, Laos, through the Free The Bears org with the resolve to end Bear bile farming forever!
We raised $505.55 in October 2021
You are welcome to join our annual picnic and contribute a small $30 once a year. Together we raise a lot and this goes a long way!
All the funds go towards medicines, bear cub rescues, food, Sanctuary upkeep, educating the public, education in schools on ending bear bile farming, you name it there is still a lot of work that needs doing and all that costs money.
