Happy New Year!While we work towards these dreams we will fail many times. There is nothing wrong with making mistakes, this is how we humans learn.
Sometimes we have to fall down a few times before we can get back up, get our balance right and keep moving forward. This takes a lot of discipline.
If we can afford it, we may have a mentor or coach to help us get there quicker. In fact, this would be the best money you would ever spend on yourself! Please consider this.
The number 6 is all about harmony, feeling settled and balancing the equilibrium. I like to call number 6 people the peacemakers. (Add up your whole birth date together and break it down to a signal digit, this is your Life Path number).
Number 6 is all about family and surrounding oneself with beauty, having an appreciation for beautiful things. This is all part of creating the peace and harmony around oneself, whether you are the peacemaker in your family, within your group of friends or in the work place.
Globally, I would like to see 2022 be the year the whole world settles down and finds a new groove, where everyones needs are met, then we can all feel calmer and more at peace.
2020, was the Number 4 year, we experienced a very tough year indeed. And boy oh boy was it tough, with COVID coming into the picture. We went through a lot of fear, we had to create new structures, many pivoted with the working life, setting new boundaries and building new foundations.
2021, was the Number 5 year, where we all experienced the change. The Vaccine came into the equation and everything changed for us. Boarders and travel started to open up, less fear was around and more freedoms came into play.
Therefore 2022, the Number 6 year, the number of restoring the harmony after the change. We should see the world open up more and living with COVID becomes easier. Maybe new forms of preventative medications come into play where they will support everyone's special needs bringing in more of the harmony and balance for all of us!

1. Astrological Report for January
The month begins with the New Moon in Capricorn on 3 January. This is very interesting because the New Moon is all about beginning new things, planting new seeds. And earthy Capricorn ruled by Saturn, loves organisation and building strong stable structure.What a wonderful start to the New Year in relation to our New Year's resolutions.
It is a fabulous time to consider your future plans. You may actually bring out your inner authority and contemplate a new way of thinking and creating new habits.
It really is a critical time because Venus is Retrograde, demanding we review and maybe change our life styles, and the North Node has moved back into the earthy feminine sign of Taurus, also ruled by Venus.
All this is pointing to us developing and enhancing a new authority within ourselves, creating new inner structures and new habits, so we can understand our own state of mind, to be strong within oneself so we don't react to information and to other people and their attitudes.
On the 14 January Mercury goes Retrograde until 4 February. Mercury rules the mind, and here is another period of time where we can reflect inwardly and become incredibly creative and productive.Now we can start to internalize all the New Years Resolutions you have been working on. Time to integrate the new insights, new ideas and the new thought or speaking patterns that have been coming through for you.
Allow all these new ideas to become the new daily habits, you will then become more empowered. That's the idea!
On 17 January we have the Full Moon in Cancer. Cancer is the feminine nurturing energy, its time to nurture and comfort yourself!So far the month has started off with New Year's resolutions, creating new habits and building strong inner structures.
Cancer connects us to all this inner work because once again, we are being asked to work on the inner levels so we can aligning with our new habits and feel that support on an emotional level.
On the 24 January Mars enters Capricorn, Mercury conjuncts Pluto in Capricorn, Venus adds to the mix by also moving into Capricorn and Uranus has ended its Retrograde cycle by now.The end of January is really a very powerful electric time with a lot of energy peculating underneath the surface.
Mars in Capricorn is a time when things really get done! Mars is that part of you that is determined and courageous, Capricorn is that earthy, practical, grounded and level-headed energy that can tackle any assignment and accomplish it with flying colours.
By the end of January you will feel the electric energy, use it to complete any task with vigor. Build those strong basic foundations, stand in your new found habits, discipline yourself and work on them daily, this restructure will assist you in your new life moving forward. Incredible breakthrough month and powerful manifesting time!
Globally, new structures, new plans even new restrictions are staged so we can all move forward in this new world we are all creating with confidence. Expect changes in our life styles moving forward.

2. Tarot Cards Answer the Question of the Month...
Every month I turn over 2 cards, one from the top of the deck to represent the Conscious energy and the other from the bottom of the deck to represent the Unconscious energy. I am always thinking of the big picture and exploring for the collective.
I asked the Tarots what is the flavour for January 2022? What do we need to be aware of for this month?
I turned over 6 of Pentacles in the Conscious position and The High Priestess in the Unconscious position.
Fabulous to see a number 6 card pop up. Number 6 is about restoring the harmony and equilibrium.
The 6 of Pentacles is definitely demonstrating balance with the scales the man is holding. They are in his left hand suggesting he is intuitively and unconsciously balancing things.
The man always reminds me of a lawyer, obviously because of the scales, they charge a lot of money and also because of the pro-bono work they do. They understand the power of giving back. I think in many jobs, certainly in mine, there is always a component of working without charging a fee. If my client is persistent in paying me, I sometimes suggest they make a donation to a charity of their choice.
Pentacles are about money and also things of value. Adding value to others, this is when you truly become wealthy.
This card also reminds me of taking care of those in need. Sometimes I ask my client which position do they see themselves in? Some say they are the receiver and a few say they are the giver. I like to say when one is truly in need, there is always someone that shows up and gives to you in a mental, physical, emotional and even in a monetary way.
The High Priestess totally gives me the feeling of pulling down the shades and reading a book, watching a movie or even meditating. Which is precisely what the month of January feels like to me. Everyone has shut shop and gone on holidays, to the beach or to the country. However you interpret this card, its about going within and listening to your inner self.
The High Priestess may be sending you messages via your dreams or through some other intuitive means ie: mediation or through a tarot card reading!
Remember the taps are always very subtle, like silver threads that shimmer out the corner of your eye, and you seem to catch it. Then you have to interpret the message and then trust yourself to follow through with it.
In Summary, in relation to the question...
The 6 of Pentacles indicates a time of balancing things. Whether you are conscious enough to do it yourself or the universe stepping in and doing it for you. January is a time of reviewing where you are at and rebalancing. Many people go away on holidays in January to do this.
The High Priestess is sending you powerful intuitive messages from the deep if you are quiet enough long enough, you will hear it. January is that month to reflect inwardly, to have a good deep rest and spiritually connect with yourself. Great time to create a new years' resolutions list. Maybe that's what she holds on her lap.

LUNABEARS LADS & LADYS - ANNUAL PICNIC
In 2021, we didn't get to gather for the Annual LunaBears Picnic in the park, but it didn't stop us from raising the funds.
The funds raised goes directly to the Bear Sanctuary in Luang Prabang, Laos, through the Free The Bears org with the resolve to end Bear bile farming forever!
We raised $505.55 in October 2021
You are welcome to join our annual picnic and contribute a small $30 once a year. Together we raise a lot and this goes a long way!
All the funds go towards medicines, bear cub rescues, food, Sanctuary upkeep, educating the public, education in schools on ending bear bile farming, you name it there is still a lot of work that needs doing and all that costs money.
